#StopAndTalk 3-Minute Presentation Instruction!

Dear Collaborator,
It's a pleasure to have you take part in the #StopAndTalk performance artwork for the Sphinx Meta Theater Festival.I would like to invite you to record a 3-minute video presentation out of your busy schedule. I am expecting to hear your professional perspectives on how humans can build new community cultures in a new space, such as the metaverse. Please also talk about the importance of your expertise for peace and the future of humanity.
[ 3-Minute Presentation Template]
1. Please introduce yourself: name, homeland, resident country, professional career (years), focus (issues or topics )
2. What do you think about Metaverse from your professional perspective? ( opportunities / concerns ) Please apply some principles of your profession to explain your perspective on the metaverse. For example:
"As an Ikebana instructor, I would like to share with you two principles of Ikebana art that could inspire the metaverse’s community building. The first principle of Ikebana…The second principle of Ikebana… These are similar to... in the metaverse. We can also be applied to create … in the metaverse…"
3. How can the metaverse be used to solve the problem in the real world?

[Format & style of the video]
You can decide on any format for your video.
For example:
vertical or horizontal display
Normal speech in front of the camera
Voiceover for images / photos / artworks
Animation
Poetry
Art performance ( dancing / singing / playing instruments, etc.)
Please ensure all the copyright concerns in your video. And also understand that I will retouch and edit it when I put it into the theater work video. If you don’t mind, you can say more than 3 minutes, for example, 10 minutes. However, only (less than) 3 minutes of your video will be in the official theater work video. The whole version of your video will be shown after the premiere of the official theater work video.
[ Language of the video ]
You can decide the language in your video. The final #StopAndTalk video will have subtitles in Chinese, English, and your language. Please submit the context of your presentation in your language. I would highly appreciate it if you could translate your context into English and submit it to me. For example, if you speak in English, please give me the English context. I will translate it into Chinese subtitles. For example, if you speak in French, please give me the French context of your speech. If you don’t have the English translation of yourself, I will translate it into Chinese and English subtitles.
[ Where will the video be shown? ]
1 ) Your video will be embedded into the official theater artwork video of #StopAndTalk. The #StopAndTalk video will be shown on the website / platform chosen by the Sphinx Meta Theater Festival, which will be held from April 15–May 7, 2023. But the premiere date of the #StopAndTalk hasn't been scheduled for the festival yet.
2) After the premiere of the #StopAndTalk, you can show the whole version of your presentation in all of your social media accounts and your Youtube channel. Please tag "#StopAndTalk" with your video in all your social media accounts, which will support collaborators all over the world in raising awareness and working together.
3) The whole version of your video will also be shown on the #StopAndTalk website page. There will be a presentation pool to share the whole version of collaborators’ presentations.
4) By submitting your video to the #StopAndTalk project, you agree and allow the #StopAndTalk project to use your video and video clip for the mentioned release and also for the promotional purposes of the #StopAndTalk project.
